Collby was the only company in Poland to obtain the PATENT No. 220941, P. 409356 for technology, production and the product which is a bathing sponge for children and adults. Thus, it became the only manufacturer of sponges decorated for children and adults in Poland. Manufacturing as well as distributing them without the consent and license of Collby is a violation of patent law, which is subject to legal consequences.
